Mr Tanaka’s was established in the heart of Ellerslie in June 2020. Born out of our love for Izakaya dining, our menu offers a fresh, modern take on Japanese with yakitori inspired skewers, sashimi, and sharing plates. All complimented by a wide selection of sake, beer and Japanese spirits.
We pride ourselves in providing a fun, vibrant experience to our guests and look forward to welcoming you into Mr Tanaka’s!
